    These sessions are designed for the client who seeks a therapeutic massage experience to relieve life's aches and pains while being gently encouraged into a state of relaxation. (No insurance billing).

    These sessions are designed for the client who seeks a therapeutic massage experience to relieve life's aches and pains while being gently encouraged into a state of relaxation. (No insurance billing).

  • Maya Abdominal Treatment (initial visit) $180
    Maya Abdominal Massage treatments are based on the teachings of the Mayan Belizean traditional healer Don Elijio & Dr. Rosita Arvigo. Abdominal Massage is a therapeutic approach to addressing the belly in order to lower pain & congestion in the abdomen, aid digestion, lower pain during menstruation, menopause and postpartum. Who can benefit from abdominal massage? The answer is just about everyone!  Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns pre-session about this deeply healing treatment.
  • Maya Abdominal Treatment (follow-up) $120
    This session is a follow-up appointment for clients coming in after their initial Maya Abdominal Massage visit. It entails a pre-treatment check-in to how you are feeling after your previous treatment, 60-minute hands on treatment & post treatment discussion about suggested aftercare & the future treatment plan.
  • Kaiser Medical Massage $60
     A one hour therapeutic massage session billed to your insurance company. A copayment or coinsurance typically applies, as well as a $30 service fee. 

  • Prenatal Massage-30 Minutes $60
    This treatment is for expecting mothers, to relax body & mind and embrace motherhood. New clients please call to schedule. 
  • Prenatal Massage-60 Minutes $120
    This treatment is for expecting mothers, to relax body & mind and embrace motherhood. New clients please call to schedule. 
  • Prenatal Massage-90 Minutes $180

    Sugar scrub applied to the feet at the end of session to help buff away old skin and encourage new growth. Essential oil of choice included.
    • Castor oil pack
      Castor oil pack added to any service to abdominal, cervical (upper back) thoracic (mid back) or lumber (lower back) region of the body. Encourages cellular growth, lowering of congestion and stagnation in the body and general well being. Heat pack added, complementary essential oil included upon request.
    • Sugar Foot Scrub
      Sugar foot scrub added at the end of any session for refreshing & buffing feet while encouraging new skin growth. Complementary essential oil included.
    • Deep Blue Rub application
      Application of DoTerra brand's Deep Blue Rub cream, a great choice for pain management. 
    • Cupping Application
      Cupping therapy applied to focused areas on the body additional to massage therapy session. 
    • Aromatherapy
      Aromatherapy application during massage therapy session to decrease chronic pain, stress and boost immunity. 
    • Hot Stone Application
      Hot stone application to specific areas of the body for relaxation and pain relief.


    • Gua Sha
      Gua sha or "scraping" technique added to any service.
